Adjusting font size

Depending on screen resolution of your device, it is possible that the contents displayed within the MobileSitter software is too small or to large. If you want to adjust the font size, you have the following two options:

Both options are subsequently detailed. The impact of each option is illustrated with images.

 

Option 1: Adjusting the font size within the MobileSitter Software

After starting the MobileSitter software, you choose "Menu" -> "Options" -> "Select Font". Here you can select one of the font size options "Very Small", "Small", "Normal", or "Large". The following figures show the MobileSitter software with font size "Very Small".

Option 2: Adjusting the midlet managers font size within the operating system

Under certain conditions it is possible to adjust the font size in addition to the option above. These adjustments require intervention in the operating system configuration and are therefore suitable only for experienced users.

Conditions for the following settings is to use of the JBlend midlet manager. We have provided some information about how to identify your midlet manager on the page Identifying the installed Windows Mobile Midlet Manager.

In addition, you need a Windows Mobile registry editor installed on your device to make adjustments to the Windows registry. You can use, for example, the freeware "Total Commander for PocketPC / WinCE" by the company Ghisler Software GmbH. For safety, please backup your registry before editing.

Adjust the following registry entries:

The following two figures show the adjustments to the registry entries using the Total Commander.

Note: The new values are intended as suggestions and can be changed by you. The values correspond to the point size of the small, medium and large font within the JBlend midlet manager.
